Delivery

As soon as we received your payment (Ideal or Paypal) and your order is placed on a workingday before 6 pm it will be shipped the same day. Maison Miau is not responsible for postal delays.

EU country 2-5 workingdays

US – Australia – Canada 5-10 workingdays

You can return any item within 10 days after delivery to your address (the Netherlands). For Europe you can return your item within 14 days. United States, Canada and Australia within 21 days. For a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour (if available). In all cases returns must be in their original condition (leave tags on the product). We refund within 5 days of receiving your return. All goods will be inspected before shipping and on return. You are responsible for cost of returning the product.

Animal Cruelty – Maison Miau wants fashion to be cruelty free. We do not permit the use of fur or endangered animal skin in any of our products. We require our suppliers to guarantee that leather or skin products do not come from endangered species, and are produced ethically and without cruelty.
