1.2 The website also contains links to other sites, which are not operated by Maison Miau. Maison Miau has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

1.3 If you are under 18, you may use this website only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

1.4 Make sure that your email address, postal address, delivery address and bank account number are stated correctly and are up to date.

2 Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights in all software and content on this website remains the property of Maison Miau or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws around the world. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or reproduce. You are not allowed to create a link to this website without Maison Miau’s written permission.

3 Delivery

As soon as we received your payment (Ideal or Paypal) and your order is placed on a workingday before 6 pm it will be shipped the same day. Maison Miau is not responsible for postal delays.

You can return any item within 10 days after delivery to your address (the Netherlands). For Europe you can return your item within 14 days. United States and Australia within 21 days. For a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour (if available). In all cases returns must be in their original condition (leave tags on the product). We refund within 5 days of receiving your return. All goods will be inspected before shipping and on return. You are responsible for cost of returning the product.

Maisonmiau.com is committed to protecting the privacy of our costumers. We never share information with third parties. If you have placed an order, we will hand over your address to TNT postal service, but only for the purpose of delivering the order at the desired address.
